Aims & Objectives

At Al Ghadeer Nursery we aim to provide high quality care to all children in a safe, secure and stimulating environment. It is the nursery's objective to provide a happy, caring and clean environment where children can feel comfortable to participate in a wide range of activities, helping them develop as unique individuals.

We are committed to:

- Promoting equality and anti-discriminatory practice, encouraging children to recognise the diversity of the community with a positive self-image regardless of colour, disability or gender.
- Continuously reviewing children's files and updating our curriculum to meet each child's individual needs, taking into account the child's age and ability.
- Working in partnership with parents, carers and other professionals in the best interest of the child, through good communication and by sharing information.
- Continuously evaluating the service through staff assessments, regular supervision, appraisals and providing training opportunities where appropriate.
